Water Damage in Victor NY

This flooded house in Victor, NY was the result of the second floor bathroom overflowing while the owners were on vacation. Since nobody was home to immediately stop the water, it traveled through the floor and into the first floor ceiling. When the owners returned from their trip, they called SERVPRO of Victor/Canandaigua to come save them from their disaster. We worked on the customers house for about a day and made sure everything was dry and well ventilated before we left. Our customer was very please with how fast we were able to come help them in their time of need and said we are just like our  commercials!
