Would you rather have:  A fire in the attic or water in the basement?

Answer: A fire in the attic means that the fire department is involved.  They are good at putting out fires using WATER.  That means if there is a fire in the attic, there is water in a lot of other places in your home.  Water in the basement is generally a normal occurrence, and can be taken care of quickly.
