When the largest hospital in Newark, NY called SERVPRO of Victor/Canandaigua, we were ready to answer!  There was an emergency happening there, but this time it was our turn to be the first responders!  A pipe leak on the 2nd floor caused damages to multiple rooms including some patient rooms and a few labs. 

Our on call team headed out to the loss site immediately to stabilize the environment.  We take great pride in having the knowledge of how to effectively and safely dry-out commercial structures.  There are many moving pieces to commercial losses including knowing the entrance points, understanding how work flow cannot be interrupted during mitigation, and managing multiple contact personnel.
